It meant I was able to listen into an inspiring keynote speech from Andrea Vogel, the Former International Head of HR at the British Red Cross. Andrea talked about Agile HR in Practice and what it means for Employee Wellbeing. I also really like this Tweet from CHS Alliance with its focus on employee resilience, so important in these challenging Covid times:
"If we sit still we become irrelevant."
We need to ensure our employees are resilient in the face of change. Staff #wellbeing is central to this as we build a culture of agility.
Thanks to Andrea Vogel for sharing her thought-provoking views on #FutureofAidwork #HHR2020 pic.twitter.com/CEjcixin6M
